Maxima Kitchen Equipment has its own warehouse and extensive stock. This way we have the possibility to prepare the product for transport immediately after placing your order. So you do not have to wait longer than necessary! Small or light goods are sent as a package with specially selected couriers. Large or heavy products are shipped on a pallet with reputable transport companies.
In case of warranty, the necessary parts are delivered free of charge. In connection with any repairs, machines can be sent to our company. In that case, no working hours will be charged, all transportation costs are for your account. Repair on location is also possible, call-out costs and working hours are charged.
If you have purchased a carefree guarantee your machine will be picked up, repaired and returned free of charge. Large machines are repaired on location. Parts, call-out costs and working hours will not be charged.
