In case of warranty, the necessary parts are delivered free of charge. In connection with any repairs, machines can be sent to our company. In that case, no working hours will be charged, all transportation costs are for your account. Repair on location is also possible, call-out costs and working hours are charged.
All-Inclusive Warranty (the Netherlands)
If you have purchased All-Inclusive warranty your machine will be picked up, repaired and returned free of charge. Large machines are repaired on location. Parts, call-out costs and working hours will not be charged.
