At Maxima Kitchen Equipment we find the relationship before the payment just as important as after the payment. With an extensive maintenance service you can be sure that your machine will be provided with regular and professional maintenance. If your machine (unexpectedly) has to deal with defects or complaints, we are available for you. Our in-house technicians know the machines inside out and with our large stock of parts we can be of service quickly.
Maxima Kitchen Equipment has its own warehouse and extensive stock. This way we have the possibility to prepare the product for transport immediately after placing your order. So you do not have to wait longer than necessary! Small or light goods are sent as a package with specially selected couriers. Large or heavy products are shipped on a pallet with reputable transport companies.
For a large part of the Maxima range it is possible to have the machine(s) installed by one of our technicians. Our technicians have many years of experience with the Maxima and similar machines. This way you can be sure that the installation is done correctly and safely. If you want this option you can choose it before you put the product in the shopping cart. If the possibility is not mentioned for the product you are interested in, this does not mean that we are not willing to help. If you do not know how to install the machine, you can contact us and we will find a suitable solution.
With Maxima Kitchen Equipment it is (often) possible to have the maintenance take place at your location. This means you do not have to worry about transport or a replacement machine. While we check / maintain the machine you can simply continue with the normal course of business. In case the machine needs further inspection or we are unable to successfully conduct the inspection at your location. Your machine might be shipped to our workshop where the inspection is continued.
In addition to installation, a maintenance contract can also be selected when ordering a product. This contract entitles you to an annual inspection of the machine and an additional year of warranty.
The maintenance contract covers the entire state of the machine, a technical and functional check including the electrical aspects and any adjustments. In addition, we pay attention to the way the machine is used and cleaned, and will give you a heads up if not done properly. The travel costs and working hours are part of the contract. All repairs will be discussed in advance and executed after approval. Additional (replacement) costs will be charged right away through the mechanic.
The price for the maintenance contract is €129.95 excluding VAT per year. This is cheaper than paying for the travel expenses and working hours during a regular repair. Invoicing will take place every first week of the new year.
In addition to maintenance, it is possible to have a NEN-3140 inspection carried out on every machine once a year. This costs €9.75 per inspection in combination with maintenance. You can indicate on the maintenance contract whether you wish to make use of this option. If only a NEN inspection is used, the working hours will also be charged.
