Maxima’s Return Policy

Customer satisfaction and good service are central to our business at Maxima. That's why we offer up to a 100-day return policy when you purchase our professional kitchen appliances. In addition to the generous return period, we also make no distinction between private and business purchases. However, there are a number of criteria that need to be met, which is explained below.

Attention: If your product does not function correctly, is incomplete or is damaged by transport, please send an e-mail with a clear description with photos of the problem/damage to info@maxima.com. Transportation damage must always be reported within 48 hours. Therefore, please check the product immediately after delivery. We will be happy to help you find a solution so that you do not have to return the product. Occasion items are excluded from returns.

 

Registering your return can be done online quickly and easily:

  1. Go to the following website: https://www.returnform.com/maximakitchenequipment
  2. Enter your order number (starting with ‘ORM’) and the email address you used to place the order.
  3. Follow the steps to submit a return application.

Return conditions

Return notified within 14 days:

  • New products (with or without damaged packaging)
    • You receive 80% of the purchase price.
  • Slightly used / damaged product
    • You receive 70% of the purchase price.
  • Heavily damaged / unusable
    • Reimbursement will be discussed with our technical department.

Return notified within 30 days:

  • New products (with or without damaged packaging)
    • You receive 70% of the purchase price.
  • Slightly used / damaged product
    • You receive 50% of the purchase price.
  • Heavily damaged / unusable
    • Reimbursement will be discussed with our technical department.

Return notified within 100 days:

  • New and slightly used / damaged products
    • You receive 50% of the purchase price.
  • Heavily damaged / unusable
    • Cannot be returned.

Please note: that the transport costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the sender.

 

We advise you to always pay close attention when ordering online. Check the dimensions of the equipment and the space in which you wish to install it. It’s also important to always check the voltage of the machine as some of our larger and heavier appliances require a different power connection.
