Maxima’s Return Policy

Customer satisfaction and good service are central to our business at Maxima. That's why we offer up to a 100-day return policy when you purchase our professional kitchen appliances. In addition to the generous return period, we also make no distinction between private and business purchases. However, there are a number of criteria that need to be met, which is explained below.

Registering your return can be done online quickly and easily:

  1. Go to the following website: https://www.returnform.com/maximakitchenequipment
  2. Enter your order number (starting with ‘ORD’) and the email address you used to place the order.
  3. Follow the steps to submit a return application.

Return conditions

Business and private returns within 30 days:

  • New products (with or without damaged packaging)
    • You receive 100% of the purchase price.
  • Slightly used / damaged product
    • You receive 75% of the purchase price.
  • Heavily damaged / unusable
    • Reimbursement will be discussed with our technical department.

Business and private returns within 100 days:

  • New products (with or without damaged packaging)
    • You receive 75% of the purchase price.
  • Slightly used / damaged
    • You receive 50% of the purchase price.
  • Heavily damaged / unusable
    • Reimbursement will be discussed with our technical department.

Please note that the transport costs and any related transport risks of the return shipment lie with the sender.

 

We advise you to always pay close attention when ordering online. Check the dimensions of the equipment and the space in which you wish to install it. It’s also important to always check the voltage of the machine as some of our larger and heavier appliances require a different power connection.
