We are actively testing our products to ensure the highest quality. In addition, we believe that you don’t need to pay the highest price for the best quality. Maxima stands for the highest quality for the lowest price. This way you are always assured of a good product at a reasonable price. When you find a better deal somewhere else, please let us know via the “Found our product for less?” form, we will then contact you about the product and the price.
At Maxima Kitchen Equipment we find the relationship before the payment just as important as after the payment. With an extensive maintenance service you can be sure that your machine will be provided with regular and professional maintenance. If your machine (unexpectedly) has to deal with defects or complaints, we are available for you. Our in-house technicians know the machines inside out and with our large stock of parts we can be of service quickly.
Maxima Kitchen Equipment has its own warehouse and extensive stock. This way we have the possibility to prepare the product for transport immediately after placing your order. So you do not have to wait longer than necessary! Small or light goods are sent as a package with specially selected couriers. Large or heavy products are shipped on a pallet with reputable transport companies.
Return shipments and cancellations can only be made with the permission of the seller, possibly for a fixed fee.
Only within 4 hours after placing your order orders can be canceled. Later canceling is not possible, your order is already processed, collected in our external warehouse and the transport is already booked. In case of cancellation, 20% of the total purchase price will be charged.
Damaged products can only be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Therefore, please check your product immediately upon receipt. Do not accept the delivery if it is damaged. Transport costs and payment costs are not credited.
We advise you to pay attention to what you order, so check the dimensions, the voltage and the other specifications. If in doubt, you can always contact us by telephone, chat or e-mail.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from home to our company are for your own account. For the exact rates consult the website of your carrier or ask our company, we can also organize this for you.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories and in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can create a ticket at our customer service or contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after delivery of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
If a product is returned to us damaged, broken, dirty or unreasonable, you will be charged.
