We understand that kitchen equipment, which is used extensively every day, may not stand still. Therefore we have a technical service department that acts accordingly in case of calamities. Our technical service department has experienced mechanics and a considerable stock of spare parts, which are immediately available to you. We are at your service.

Please indicate clearly the subject of your message. Product questions or improvements are treated by a different department than technical failures. We want to provide the best service possible.

After receiving your message we will immediately start working for you, still it can take 4-24 hours before you receive a response. This does not mean we are not working for you, but sometimes we have to request information from our factory or the technical documentation must first be studied.
