How does a dry ice machine work?

To operate the dry ice machine, you'll need a bottle of liquid carbon dioxide with a riser.

First, connect the bottle to the dry ice maker and plug it into a wall socket. Screw the dry ice tube into the dry ice machine while wearing gloves and safety goggles due to the extremely low temperatures.

Switch on the machine and open the bottle of liquid carbon dioxide. Press and release the blue button on the machine. After two minutes, it’ll produce a block of dry ice. The machine will automatically stop.

Close the bottle of liquid carbon dioxide and switch off the machine. Finally, unscrew the ice tube from the machine and remove the dry ice.

TIP: Before use, place the ice tube in the freezer to ensure it's cold. Clean the thread of the tube before connecting it to the appliance to prevent any jamming.
