Which different types of bar equipment does Maxima Kitchen Equipment have?
Bars, cafes, restaurants, snack bars and other catering enterprises all make use of a variety of appliances, at Maxima Kitchen Equipment we offer a large range of appliances, including:
- Drinks and juice dispensers
- Bar and kitchen blenders
- Automated juice presses
- Juice centrifuges
- Ice makers and shavers
- Drink mixers
Each of these appliances come in numerous variants, and the main difference between the variants can be found in the size and functionality of the appliances. You can, for example, choose a self-service juice press that allows customers to prepare their own juice so that bar and restaurant waitstaff can focus on keeping customers happy.
Why would you choose to purchase a citrus press, blender, or any other bar appliance?
Depending on the type of catering service that you offer, a citrus press, juice centrifuge, kitchen blenders and other bar equipment can often turn out to be a clever acquisition. Bar equipment can prove to be indispensable when you open your doors to the public early in the morning or afternoon since they reduce preparation time significantly. The right equipment can, however, be used during any season. In addition to making life easier, freshly squeezed juices are often the preference of people who lead healthy lifestyles. Freshly pressed juice doesn't contain any sugar, flavourings or preservatives and placing a juicer in clear view on or behind your bar will let your customers know that you sell freshly squeezed, natural juice.
What should you look out for when buying bar appliances?
Due to the large variety of available equipment, it can often prove difficult to find the right equipment for your needs. After all, how can you decide which drinks dispenser, slush machine or juice centrifuge is the right one for your needs? To make your choice easier, you can take a few different aspects into account. Energy consumption is a very important consideration, but the level of maintenance and user-friendliness of a product are also factors that you should take into account. Another factor that will determine the machine that you need is the frequency of use, you can take this into account to decide if you need, for example, a drinks-dispenser with one, two, or three tanks or a blender with a 1-litre jug versus one with a 2.5-litre jug.
Which materials are used to construct bar appliances?
At Maxima Kitchen Equipment we sell professional equipment made from high-quality materials. The vast majority of our kitchen and bar appliances are made using stainless steel to ensure a long service life and promote kitchen hygiene. Last but not least, stainless steel products have a very sophisticated look, which can be advantageous when machines are placed in full view of your customers. Our machines are naturally tested extensively to ensure that they meet our quality standards, and we offer the competitive pricing that customers have come to expect from us.
How to maintain your kitchen appliances
Each machine has its own unique cleaning requirements but we do keep in mind that machines need to be cleaned quickly and effectively in a busy commercial kitchen environment. Food processors should only be cleaned after being dismantled. Citrus presses can usually be dismantled, and can then be washed along with other dishes after the pulp has been removed from them. It is recommended that you wash your appliances by hand if you would like to preserve their colours longer, but the occasional machine wash is also permissible. The exterior parts of stainless steel equipment can be cleaned easily using soapy water and a clean cloth.
